El papel de la sostenibilidad empresarial en la creación de economías locales resilientes: oportunidades para la innovación de modelos de negocio
Resumen
La sostenibilidad empresarial es clave para fortalecer la resiliencia de las economías locales frente a crisis globales. El texto destaca la importancia de actuar en tres niveles: individual, garantizando bienestar laboral; organizacional, mediante flexibilidad y adaptación; y comunitario, impulsando innovación y diversidad. Se proponen estrategias como contextualizar la acción empresarial, coproducir soluciones, fomentar la experimentación, flexibilizar estructuras y potenciar la creatividad. Casos como Biogás Doña Juana, Zoonatura y Doña Panela evidencian beneficios económicos, sociales y ambientales. Se concluye que la transformación hacia modelos sostenibles exige ecosistemas de apoyo y enfoques transdisciplinarios que promuevan inclusión y resiliencia.
