Incorporación de tecnologías en HSE: una estrategia de transformación digital que se gesta en Ecopetrol
Resumen
La digitalización en seguridad, salud y ambiente (HSE) se ha convertido en un eje estratégico para Ecopetrol. La empresa impulsa una transformación basada en datos que busca integrar tecnologías de la industria 4.0 para fortalecer la prevención, anticipar riesgos y mejorar la toma de decisiones. Entre los principales retos identificados están la fragmentación de la información y la necesidad de centralizar datos para análisis predictivos. La estrategia se sustenta en tres pilares: recopilar datos con tecnologías innovadoras (sensores y wearables), mejorar la capacidad de evaluar riesgos mediante inteligencia artificial y analítica avanzada, y promover cambios de comportamiento con herramientas como realidad virtual o visión por computador. Esta visión plantea que la tecnología debe ser un medio para generar cultura preventiva y no un fin en sí mismo.
